The Board of Directors of the NCRA are required by its by-laws to hold quarterly business meetings. They are also required to have an annual meeting to elect officers at the State Singles Championships. Anyone who is currently a member of the NCRA is welcome to attend any of these meetings.

These are the meeting dates, times, and locations for 2012.

Mar 25, 1PM, Wilmington Athletic Club, Wilmington  -  State Singles Annual Meeting To Elect Officers

Tentative: July 8, 8PM, Conference Call (Conference Call - 877-684-9625) - 2nd quarter

Tentative: Aug 5, 8PM, Conference Call (Conference Call - 877-684-9625)  -  3rd quarter

Tentative: November or December TBD,  (at State Doubles Tournament Site)  -  4th quarter
