There will be 3 changes made to the By-Laws starting June 1, 2011.  The changes are:
A. Currently, the by-laws suggest that each board member become a certified referee, they do not require it. It was recommended that the by-laws require referee cerification for all board members.
B. Currently, the by-laws offer the president position as a 2 year term. all other officer positions are a 1 year term. It was recommended that all officer positions be for 2 year terms.
C. Currently, the by-laws suggest an additional officer position of president elect. It was recommended that that position be one in the same with the vice president position.

The first NC fall tournament will be held in Charlotte NC at the Dowd-YMCA.  This event is back on the schedule and a place where great racquetball is played.  There are 7 courts and a lot of great playing in the city.  Over $1000.00 in cash will be given for cash events.

Congrats to Jordan Matthews for winning this year's NCRA Racquetball College Scholarship.  Jordan is starting his freshman year at North Carolina State (Go Wolfpack!!!) School of Engineering.
