NCRA Treasurer Jan Stemla and USAR Board Secretary Tom Curran have been appointed to United States Raquetball Association National Board during this past election.
Tom Curran (Wilson, NC) was successful in his bid for re-appointment to a second elected term. As the only incumbent, Curran stated in Racquetball magazine, “Over the past thirty-five years, racquetball has been both my sport and my social life. I am passionate about our sport and USAR and want to see both grow and flourish for generations to come. I am thankful that I have reached a point in my life where I can devote even more time to this goal.”
Jan Stemla was appointed to the National Board by the Board of Directors. Only 8 votes separated Jan from being elected by popular vote. Jan Stemla has served on the National Board in past years and will be serving to continue the promotion of Racquetball in the States.
